Step 1 — Download these files from the marketplace
Amazon MTR — B2C / B2B (.csv) — multiple allowed
Seller Central → Reports → Manage Taxes → GST Monthly Reports → Download Report → Merchant Tax Report (MTR) → B2C / B2B → select the month → Download Report. B2C is required; add B2B in this same box if you sell on Amazon Business — select both together and they are pooled into one sales figure.
Business Report — Detail Page Sales and Traffic (.csv)
Seller Central → Reports → Business Reports → "Detail Page Sales and Traffic" → set the same date range → Download CSV.
Inventory by SKU — Easyship / Seller Flex / FBA (.csv/.xlsx/.txt) — optional, multiple allowed
Easyship: Seller Central → Reports → Inventory Reports → Request an Inventory Report → Inventory Report → Request Report → Download. Seller Flex: Seller Flex → Inventory → All inventory → View by SKU → Download icon (right side) → Download. FBA: Seller Central → Reports → Fulfilment → FBA Inventory → Request .csv Download → Download. Selling on more than one channel? Select all the files together — stock is pooled per SKU.
Sponsored Products / Display — Advertised Product report (.xlsx) — optional, multiple allowed
Campaign Manager → Measurement & Reporting → Sponsored Ads Reports → Create Report → Sponsored Products / Sponsored Display → Advertised Product → set the same period → Run report. Include the month and year in the report name.

Use case
The monthly Amazon health check: see which SKUs sell on their own, which are propped up by ads, which convert traffic poorly (listing fixes) and which are dead stock — so ad spend, listing work and restocks go where they pay back.
